Stopped hoping for a good soup and sandwich. This is the one place we've found to have true deli sandwiches. Wow! The bread is thick cut, piled high and tastes amazing. Wrapped in butcher paper and handed to you in a brown bag . Eat in the side patio area or out front. The tea is solid and good. Soup was definitely my comfort food of the day. We got egg salad on croissant with potato salad ( with dill) and a roast beef, turkey,ham on rye marbled bread. They deliver in Alachua for free. Worth the drive! Open only for lunch.

As a nutritionist and Hispanic I am pretty picky about reviews in restaurants. I can say that this place looks clean and the kitchen (from far away) looks decent. No bad smells. Good prices for what you get. Menu: loves so many veggie options and some including fruits, different types of sandwiches, homemade soups and more. Vegan Mayo and gluten free options was a plus. Food: Pea soup had to much pepper but it was creamy and good. Coconut chicken soup was amazing! Cuban sandwich was very good. Potato salad side was tasty. Pesto pasta needed more seasoning. BLT and another crossaint were large and good too. Is hard to find good food and homemade soup with healthy selection including vegan, dairy free and gluten free options.

I am from out of state. Was needing to place a small catering order for 10 almost with an hours notice. Aleigha (hope i spelled that right) was a doll and so incredibly nice! After placing the order, the lunch it was for canceled and was nice enough to safe everything for the following week when rescheduled. Thank you so much!
