This review is for the excellent customer service. They offered seperate wrapping and marker to help label each one. My food was a Subway sandwich... The workers set it above other options in the area.

Ordered 115pm online for at 150pm pick up. Arrived at 152pm and told to sit and wait...30 minutes later waiting inside store still nothing. Maybe it was made on time in the back but there was no communication from team to us that it was ready. Had to ask if sandwiches were ready and just told. "Yes they are in the back"
Point is this location has great sandwiches but not able to execute the online ordering efficiently. So just walk in and order food would be quicker results

The staff here were friendly and had excellent customer service! My sandwich was great and the ingredients that are usually lack luster at other Subways (like tomatoes) were super fresh!

Very disappointed in my online order. There was so much mayo (I ordered a little bit) on my bread, that it saturated the entire sandwich. Same with the other sub I ordered. We couldn't eat these and they ended up in the garbage after trying our best to salvage them. They also forgot to give us our cookies we ordered. Such a shame.

Bad customer service and worst training in the serving portions. A foot long sandwich gets 2 scoops of chicken not 1 and a half scoop (second scoop has literally one chicken piece). Probably Subway is running out of chicken or saving some bucks. Definitely not a pleasant service.

The people working during lunch are fast and sufficient. Can't complain. However, the only person who I ever see smile is the cashier. It's a bit odd.
