Arby's

Took two tries to get all of my food thru the window. Ordered 3 sandwiches 2 Mac&Cheese a medium fry, and jalapeno poppers. The bag had just one sandwich and the fry. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for the rest of the food I just paid $30 for. They told me that my buffalo chicken sandwich wouldn't have sauce on it but they'd give me some in the bag, didn't get the ranch or buffalo sauce I wanted, just two cups of red ranch and our cheese sauce. I used to love this place but my last few experiences here have sucked.

-⭐ Begin the order but every item that was ordered they out of some of the ingredients like meat for sandwiches. My response to Arby's owner...if you were really sorry about the bad experience you would provide a link that was workable. I went to the other reviews and it has the same problem with the link you provided them also.

Placed a pickup order for the first time tonight. When my husband went inside, he didn't get any direction or interaction from the busy workers so he grabbed what he assumed was our meal and left. It was in fact our meal, but instead of wraps it was sandwiches. They were apparently out of the wraps, but didn't communicate that to him. I was already a level 8/10 hangry when my husband left, and by the time he came home with the wrong order and I got back in the car and drove to the drive thru, I was at a level 9/10 hangry. The good, hard working people there didn't deserve my attitude but they took it gracefully and did their best to work with me. I'm giving 4/5 stars because I almost always have positive experiences at this location, but this entire fiasco truly could have been avoided if they had just told us they were out of wraps BEFORE my husband got home to his irrationally cranky wife. Good people, good food, small mistake.

The only redeeming quality about this location is that it’s been renovated… that’s it. This Arbys is always short staffed especially at night I only see one person in the store doing everything. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The wait times are usually 20 mins and my experience tonight the lady that gave me my food was twirling my bag around. Also fix the parking lot it’s terrible. Just don’t come here it’s a waste of time.

Customer service was great 👍. Loved the atmosphere of the newly designed interior. Ordered the 2x Gyro and 2x Fish Sandwich meal. Both were delicious and quickly prepared. Store was clean and so were the restrooms (which is a big pet peeve of mine). Wife and I have had good experiences here every time.

I had a horrible accuracy with the assistant manager. I have no food at home and haven’t eaten In Days and finally convinced myself to buy food. I wasn’t ordering and in the background so muttered a small profanity. Not at all at yet just cause my safe food wasn’t available. She refused to take my order due to my profanity she wasn’t even meant to hear. I literally said “damnit” because I was craving fries. She made me cry from no reason and I dud no wrong. I am heartbroken by this experience and I don’t get to eat tonight. She told me to go to hospital due to not eating but never everyone can afford that. I just wanted some fries and left with a panic attack and an empty stomach for who knows how long. I have never been treated with such disrespect
