Starbucks

I waited inside for my order, which was only one drink for 25 minutes! Only One person doing the drinks inside and she talked and socialized instead of being concerned about how long people were waiting for drinks. I’m two hours from home and was traveling through and decided to stop in. That was a BIG mistake.

We frequent this Starbucks as it is the nearest one to where we live and last night they were absolutely fabulous. I'm not super picky when it comes to my coffee but last night it was so good we had to circle back around to ask who made. Their whole staff is so sweet. We look forward to our next visit!

I've only been here twice and had the pleasure of being served by Hannah on both occasions. She surprised me greatly and remembered not only me but also my drink! I got banana nut bread today also, and she even offered to warm it up without me having to ask. I hope she is there every time i want to stop in!!

There was a woman and guy there seemed very young and they talked more than making the drinks. The girl especially. She had on a striped shirt with jeans and her hair was in pig tails. She was talking to another customer that was leaning over the counter the entire time while there was 3 of us waiting. When I finally got my drink, the young man made, I was not given a sleeve. So as I turn around to ask him, the lid was not on properly and I spilled the entire drink. Fortunately, they remade my drink. When I came back from the bathroom, my drink was on the counter. Again without a sleeve. So I asked the lady for a sleeve and with an attitude, she slid it on the counter and turned her back in the rudest way. I’ve never experienced horrible customer service from a Starbucks ever. And I NEVER write reviews but this was a horrible experience.
