Little Caesars

I am totally impressed. I was waiting for my pizza when a lady returned to pick up her order. The young man was honest saying he got confused and would have it ready in 4 minutes. He was honest had a great attitude with her and the two young employees gave her a dessert for being patient with them. That is how customer service should be. We should all understand that companies are operating short handed. The customer recognized this and the employees stepped up with a smile to make the best of the situation. I hope I keep seeing such positive things.

I ordered on the portal, but it wasn’t working and no one came to assist me. I know everyone was occupied but someone could’ve assisted me and the other customers. The wait was so long and directly told everyone who came in that there was a 40 minute wait. Little Caesars needs to have a limit of how many pizzas someone can order.

I know that the fast food job is not an easy one but when dealing with peoples food and hard earned money you have to always prepare food in a way that you would want it prepared for yourself. I have seen unsatisfactory things out of this location before but some things I saw tonight were unacceptable. Here are some things that happened that I hope can be worked on and corrected if management cares about this location. 1. I ordered my pizza 1 hour before I went in to pick it up because it was never loaded into the pizza portal. 2. Once inside I saw my order ready on the counter instead of under the heat. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone attended to me. No telling how long the pizza was there before I got there. 3. Pizza had all the toppings slid to one side and was not fully cooked. Crazy bread looked like it was pulled early and then was balled up in the bag. 4. When I got there to get my order fixed there were people calling in and the one answering the phone was rude and making faces of disgust like the customers were bothering him. If there is someone with authority over this store I am putting these things so you can help get the store where it should be. I am sure these are not the standards of the owner of this company.

I have seen this store go through a lot. Being from this area I know the ups and downs of food service in the area. Supply is hard when you can't find workers or food supplies are not on time. When a store has to change hours to closing at 9pm during the week and 10pm on Friday and Saturday it confuses customers but a fact. Still can't beat a $5 pizza!!!
