My meal was absolutely delicious! And Jenna did a great job. I bet I couldn't go through a fast food hamburger joint drive through as quick as my food was on the table nice and hot. I had 1/2 BBQ chicken with collard greens and potato salad. The sweet tea was just right as well. If you are ever in Alabaster AL and looking for some good BBQ this is the place to go.

We ordered over the phone thinking we could get in and out faster and thus have fresh food. We came straight to pick it up and had to wait 15 minutes to get our food and pay so we could eat. The fries were half full and cold. The sandwiches were soggy and cold. $30.00 for cold soggy food and a wait that seemed unnecessary. The manager called and offered to give me a replacement now or later but I had my kids this weekend and this was our Sunday lunch together... I promised my son a good bbq sandwich. We can't unmake that memory.

Stopped here one day and sat outside where we ordered a to go family deal and was treated like second-class citizens. I was very uncomfortable and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. we felt completely unwelcome. The server Kayla came out and we told her our order and she let us know it was only to go. I said that’s fine put it to go and she immediately went and got the manager. It was the most awkward experience of my life the manager had to take our order and also brought it out and they watched us like we were, like I said, second class unwanted. like they wanted us to leave. I understand the family meal is to go but we were just sitting out on the patio enjoying our time and they were really clearly didn’t want us to be there even though we spent our money like everyone else. (Full disclaimer we did not even take out the to go to eat on the patio) even though nobody else was sitting outside nearby so I really didn’t see the problem. I had a worse experience and will never be back. Even better (they couldn’t even provide reconciliation) the manager Megan tried to call me about this and I called her back and never received another call. I’ll stay with Jim and nicks in five points in Trussville because this one doesn’t know what hospitality is.

This is a great resterant for family dining and catering. They have a drive through and curbside pick-up for on the go orders, too. The food is usually exceptional. However, the ribs were a little tough this time around. Customer service was out of this world! I didn't wait on anything, and they stay quite busy when serving lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

Just picked up a call in order. Totally wrong.Had to call twice while waiting in the parking lot. Got home called the store to complain was left on hold for 15 minutes. What ever happened to customer service. To think the service industry think they deserve 15 dollars an hour. Lol what a joke. They made it right. The manager brought me the rest of what we ordered
