Wanted to try the sourdough sandwich I am disappointed! Bread was not toasted! I asked for well done bacon...bacon not well done. Also asked for little tot things to be well done nope. I understand it was busy but if you were not intending on making special requests I should of been told so. Staff was super friendly! Young person at the window was welcoming and polite.

I had the worst experience today at this location. I ordered 2 XL coffees and 2 orders of bagel bites. We waited about 5 minutes at the speaker before someone took our order, then when we got to the window and paid it took another 5 or so minutes to finally get our order. When the girl handed out the coffee, the lid was not on the cup and it splashed all over my husbands hand and wrist. That was a super hot cup of coffee. The girl said "oops!" and went on to ignore the fact that she had just burned my husband and to top it off, she blamed a co-worker in the process. I asked her the store number and if a manager was on duty and she replied with, "I don't know". I will be obtaining a lawyer and getting this matter taken care of.

I literally buy the same drink everyday and today it tasted watered down so I told them it was wrong and they acted like I was stupid and remade it and it still did t taste right. Then I went through again and ordered one of the same drinks I had just ordered and it was totally different. People need to learn how to do their jobs
