I’ve been at this facility twice in March for the $1 Single offer. Both times the woman handing me the bag mocked me for the $1 purchase. So rude. It’s fast food, the range is $1-$5. Using an app offer is smart, that’s why I have money in the bank and can pay my bills. This woman is obviously an older woman who should know better than to abuse customers. McDonald’s isn’t rude.

Lobby was locked up, and I'm a truck driver, so I don't fit through the drive thru!! They were so very sweet and polite and helped me. That was the best baked potato I've ever had. Thank you for being such great people!!!! It's hard to find people who actually give a s@#! about others!!!!

Food has always been great. However, this last time the staff was a bit questionable. The fellow at the first window who takes your money must not have been having a very good day. I gave him the usual smile and thanks, but he came to second window and told me not to ever snatch my card out of his hand again. Now, its possible that I did take my card a little quickly, but I meant no disrespect. Perhaps next time I will bring a small container and ask him to put the card in that. I can't snatch the card from him if we never both have ahold of it, right?

Systems are not working properly and staff are untrained - store has never been able to accept my digital gift cards. Multiple occasions where they could not process payment on my mobile order and I had to pay with card... but the mobile charge went through later. Corporate said the store would make it right - never did. Have been double charged for orders more than once. Avoid this location!

Do not go there at night. Whoever the guy in a tank top shirt with tattoos is working there is an utter lowlife. I wonder why someone like that is even working there and not in a uniform. I need my money back for their horrible service.

Ordered a $10 family size chili and got a bucket of floating beans and scrambled hamburger pieces. Chili was watered down and should not have been served. I called the store to no avail no one answered the phone. Called the 1-888 number no answer as well. SHAME ON YOU WENDY'S!! GEESH!!

My order was taken correct in a timely fashion and served hot and tasty and the employees were friendly! Would recommend this Wendy's 👌

I ordered the number two baconator combo....I got the son of baconator and it was cold....the only thing that wasn't screwed up was my fries after sitting in the drive thru for almost a half an hour
