These guys literally always get my order right (I place mobile orders with substitutions - I’m a vegetarian) and are always SO sweet when I come to pick up. They repeat my order (with subs) at the speaker and make sure to ask if it’s all there when I receive it.
Doesn’t seem like a big deal on paper but it makes the fast food experience actually nice.

My experience at this particular Taco Bell was not good. The young lady that took my order was rude, unprofessional, her behavior behind the counter while getting condiments for us was reckless ( yanking things, throwing sauce, spilling things on the floor etc. Her attitude and disposition was unprofessional and I didn't appreciate the way my food was thrown into the bag and then thrown into the counter in front of my daughter and I. I've never had an issue at this Taco Bell or with any of the people working there until that day. The food was good, but particular worker should've been held accountable for her rude demeanor -especially since the entire group of other workers saw how she behaved too.

Just don't go to this taco bell 😂 it's a joke. Food is always stale, no one knows what they're doing here. Used to be good , I'll drive an extra 7 minutes out of my way to go to a good one

Forgot food, no eating utensils, cheese container was not even half full, and the girl working the drive thru didn't say a word to us. 7/25 8:25pm. Ironically as soon as they ended the "rate us online" promotion, the service completely changed.

Tried to pull up for a quick bite to eat with only 4 cars ahead of us. When I got to the order box I sat there for at least 3 or 4 minutes before anything was said... To me... I could hear people clowning around in the background, sounded like a party up in there. Let's just say that they were so slow and unorganized that they were taking and making 1 order at a time. You weren't going to place your order until the person in front of you gets their food. Terrible service especially for a taco bell that has a single drive thru lane, can't even pull away when they take forever. Glad I don't live in this area cause I'd be taking an L by not going here. Avoid this place like the plague! They're NEVER open on the inside for some reason? I like to order inside because the drive thru moves at a snail's pace & the order is always screwed up somehow. Just open the inside already. It's the only business still shut down on the inside since the Covid B.S. They opened for like 3 days when the pizzas came back & that was it. Worst Taco Bell in the area for sure.

The worst taco bell around. The food is bad, the lines are long, you literally never know if they're open. I went and was told they were out of steak,nacho fries, and taco shells????? How do you run out of taco shells at a taco bell lol. I love down the road from this location and it's just bad. The only reason they get business is nothing else on Canton Rd is open anymore after like 10. I work in Cuyahoga falls and went to the taco bell on state street and was amazed how good the food was. It just makes you realize how bad this one is
