Wendy's

Got the Parmesan Chicken Caesar Salad and by far my favorite there! It has a nice amount of warm grilled chicken, 3 different parmesan cheeses, tomatoes and a good lettuce blend. It also comes with a pack of these little crispy parmesan crisps to sprinkle on top. It really gives it nice texture! Another plus, it's lower in calories and carbs if you're watching that stuff! Love it!

If no stars were an option I would. Staff rude as hell. They get your order wrong 99.9% of time. Manager "heaven" was rude and not very professional. Just this last visit my fries were cold. Only 3 nuggets in my 4 piece. Sandwich sloppily thrown in a wrapper. Overall gross and unappetizing. Phone was left off hook all day so they couldn't take complaints. Corporate had me on hold 30 min I just gave up. Worst Wendy's in the Akron area by far.

Today my boyfriend and I went to Wendy's with the little money we had. We had lost our jobs recently and soon after that my boyfriend had three seizures in one day. He was diagnosed with epilepsy a year ago but hadn't had anymore seizures till recently. We hardly had any money to buy food but we needed to get him food to prevent him from having another seizure. With our $14 we went to Wendy's to buy some food and came to the realization that we didn't have enough money to buy both of us food and a drink. So we only got his food because it was important to me that he ate as much as he could for his health. But to our surprise they had given us my food as well as an act of kindness. I cried driving him and I home while he was texting his family about how kind the people at Wendy's were to us. You have no idea how blessed we felt just from that small act of kindness. My boyfriend and I wanted to thank you for the food. You blessed us so much! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!🥺💞💞💞

We stopped to get a burger through the drive thru but was 3 min too early for lunch so we pulled around and waited a few. The girl taking the attempted order was very abrupt and seemed bothered. When we pulled around to reorder we sat there for 4 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker, which was working fine for moment ago, We finally pulled up to the window, We told them the problem, she said "I did just get on there to tell you go ahead" very rudely and told us to pull back around, by then there was 3 other cars unable to place their orders. Very rude employee, she obviously did not want people bothering her and did not hide it. Very poor customer service anymore. Sick of these over paid fast food workers

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. They wouldn't take your order until the car in front of you left the second window. I watched 5 cars get out of line and go elsewhere. The fries had no salt and my bun is old and half stale. I used to come here often awhile back, not sure what happened. The employees said ZERO words to me at both windows, and the employee who took my card wiped it off on her shirt before giving it to me because she had stuff all over her hands.

I got a breakfast sand. With egg and bacon and I had a bacon peice the size of a quarter. My sand. Was cold and my potatoes were old. Before you start hiring ppl in at 15.00 a hr because everyone thinks they need to be paid more, how about you train the current employees you have? Every time I come here, the food is cold. Go take lessons from brimfield because your staff at this location are lousy. Won't be coming back. I keep giving this location chance after chance bc it's convenient. I'll now go out of my way to a better location. Edit.... So my mom wanted Wendy's on 9/17/21 for lunch. So the only one that was near was this one. Against my better judgement, we went here (since I was with her, this is where we stopped) FYI you guys truly don't disappoint 🙄🙄🙄🙄 once again, horrible food. And I'm almost certain that I got food poisoning from this place after attempting to eat my sandwich. My stomach was in knots and I spent my whole night in the bathroom. The sandwich tasted off but I thought it was just me.
