Wendy's

My fries were cold and the bacon on my baconator was almost black. Like it was from early morning breakfast. I'm not sure about lobby hours...I took my daughter and her friends a couple days before this and the inside was open but on this day when I had food issues the doors were locked so I had to wait in line. It would be nice if they put signs up stating when they're going to be open.

Absolutely horrible. Did a mobile order, got there and they said they had to make all the food still. Which was fine, but they forgot half of the order, and none of the food was fresh for being “just made” if you want to be highly disappointed.. I suggest coming here. If I could give zero stars I would definitely do so.

I am only giving them 2 stars because I completely understand it is VERY hard to find good help these days when nobody wants to work & Gen Z are a bunch of spoiled kids. But this Wendys always gets my order wrong. Food is always cold & old. Sometimes not edible. When it’s hot outside like this I don’t want to run my stove & oven inside so we get fast food during the week. This Wendys messes up every time. Review could change stars in the future if the owners can finally find good help. I will pray for them.

Ive been here 3 times and they mess up my order EVERY time. I've gotten 4 for $4 meals with no nuggets and fries, served PARTIALLY RAW AND FROZEN NUGGETS, have been handed drinks that i didn't order but they insist that i did. I saw 2 people in front of me have to come back thru the line due to mistakes. Its all the staff not caring and its sad. The kid with curly hair at the window.does not pay any attention when it comes to taking orders. He took my order today and he was literally talking about Clash of Clans to his coworker WHILE taking my order.. He left his mic on and everything.
