This McDonald's staff was amazing. My granddaughter had surgery today. The lady in the back booth was so kind and friendly. The genital man in the front was just as friendly. Best service ever. Thanks for making this a great experience. You didn't go unnoticed😊

If they are busy your best bet it to not stop at this location at all they clearly don't know what it means to supply under pressure I sat in curbside pickup spot 3 for almost 25 minutes all to look at my app and it telling me thanks see you next time and I hadn't had any of my food so I pulled into the extremely long line in which I sat an additional 5 min before getting to the order screen and another 10 just getting to the window if my kids were hungry they probably aren't anymore or fell asleep waiting on me to come home with food its sad to feel like I could walk in there right now and get them through a dinner rush 10 times faster then what they are by myself

They finally got rid of or moved the young ladies who thought it was ok to work the drive thru with headphones. It went from being the worst experience in friendliness and customer service to the best around. The young ladies working the breakfast shift are excellent and should be paid top rate. The lady working the menu and the register should be training and be promoted if not already. A+ customer Experience!!

Whoever is in that first window this morning deserves a free lunch or bonus it’s 7am and she was so kind and it’s so rare to go thru a fast food line and really get so top tier customer service she offered minor conversations and engagement with a good morning hello how are u have a great day even complemented my hairstyle I don’t know anybody personally that joyful at 7am at work this just couldn’t go overlooked keep up the great work I’ll definitely be returning

There is one nice lady with a southern accent that works afternoons.. kudos to her with great customer service skills. SHE IS ALWAYS FAST, ON POINT, AND FRIENDLY! The new kid at the window needs to go. Getting orders wrong, then a bad attitude to go with it.

You get barely what you ask for at this location. Always skimping the orders. You ask for a specific sauce and they throw what ever sauce in the bag instead. You ask for a large coffee you get a medium. Just how it goes

My experience at this location was horrible I have never paid more than $10 for a dinner box at McDonald's I am pretty sure that the $10 dinner box comes with the two Big Macs two cheeseburgers four small fries and a 10-piece chicken nugget. The $14.99 dinner box comes with two Big Macs two cheeseburgers 20 piece chicken nugget two medium fries and four large drinks that's $14.99 I just paid $14.99 for the very first my experience tonight is very unsatisfied. Not to mention my Big Mac does not have any shredded lettuce on it wow you guys are very very unprofessional!!!
