Little Caesars

Little Caesars has pizza ready to eat when you get there. That's their attraction. Usually the pizza that is ready is a pepperoni one. Of course you can call ahead or order online and get any toppings you would like. The price is really good and fast service. The only downside is the pizza itself. It's pretty generic looking and tasting but it's there when you are in a hurry and don't want to spend alot of dough!

Its no gourmet pizza (but I mean you're spending $5 for a pizza ready when you walk in.. what do you expect?). With that being said its definitely not a bad deal for the dollar. The pizza seems to always be hot and fresh. I never wait unless I call ahead a special order. Which this last time I did. I ordered the stuffed crust. For those of you who do not care for the cracker tasting crust they have (side note: a little brushed melted butter and a light parm or Italian seasoning would really help that) you should truly truly try the stuffed crust. It makes it a million times better. Most the staff seemed to know what they were doing with the exception of a young kid who fearfully approached the counter 3 times just to turn the other way before even greeting me. I don't blame him. A good crew begins with training and he clearly still needed guidance. Your lives at work would be easier if you made sure your weakest link was constantly learning. Even during a rush. All in all, though, this location has always been superb.

This was my second trip to this Caesars. The first time I went in ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and crazy bread I waited 40 mins cuz they forgot to put my food in the oven...ok...mistakes happen we're all human right!! Well this time I ordered the same thing but got stuffed crazy bread this time....they tried to give me these soggy anorexic looking bread sticks! I asked if they cld make me some new ones and got this attitude and was told it wld take 15mins to make new ones. I said ok and he rolled his eyes at me! Did you know they put those same nasty soggy bread sticks back thru the oven and gave them right back to me!!!! Terrible customer service and mediocre food! We used to go to Caesars quite a bit! My kids loved Little Caesars! It was a weekend treat...we definitely wont be going back anytime soon nor back to that store!

Went around 3:30pm before the crowd came to get a simple stuffed pepperoni pizza. Had to wait 25 minutes because the pizza was supposedly not done. Opened the box to find it was a plain cheese pizza so back to the drive Thru I went. Waited another 15 minutes and then a girl bringing someone else’s order out. I stopped her to ask what was going on. She quickly came back with a replacement. The only reason I am giving a one star was because The young man who took the initial order was nowhere to be found after I waited the first time. And no one in the store knew anything about it. That was for customer service. If he had handled it the way that’s a young lady who corrected the problem handled it,I wouldn’t be having this conversation
