Pizza Hut

Terrible experience after experience. They mess up my order every time. Tonight tops it all. They confirmed my order. Send me a message it was out for delivery then I get a message from door dash saying they were on the way to pick it up. I ordered through the website for PIZZA HUT NOT DOOR DASH. NOW ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. BURNED ME 2X

Had a bad experience tonight that was turned around by my delivery driver. I did not catch his name but as we spoke he let me know he was helping out the Manchester rd store because of staffing his home store is Canal fulton.. I was Delivered the wrong order and after I called into their confusing phone line I was finally able to reach someone in the store. Who ever I spoke with was very very rude. When my order was redelivered by the same young man he went out of his way to make sure my order was correct he even called me on his personal cell. Thank you very much

I paid $1 extra for the pan pizza because I love the buttery crust and it is a little harder than the hand-tossed. My pizza crust was soft. When we picked up our slices, they were bending and all the toppings were falling off. The crust was soggier then crispy. We were very disappointed because we LOVE the crispiness of the pan crust.
