Ordered a burrito with chicken instead of beef and I guess you guys decided it was a great idea to scrap out the beef of one they had from an order earlier and put chicken in it.... thanks btw Alex I heard you on the intercom upset that I ordered one with chicken.... then congratulating himself as I pulled away saying "we did it"

I haven't eaten from a Taco Bell in about 3 years. The food was ready at time stated and my order was accurate. The employee was really nice even though they were pretty busy. I probably won't go back here but only because I'm working on staying away from fast food. The food tasted great as well.

This place was too busy for staff to keep up with and maintain satisfied customers. Long weight for a small 2 person carry out. Dining room was packed with people waiting for their food that had been ordered and paid already at a kiosk screen.

This particular Taco Bell is great. Always fast and polite at drive thru and when open inside employees are the same. Enjoy my visits but when they have a special that tastes so good, it doesn't stay on the menu long and is truly disappointing!!!!!!!

You just can't go wrong with this location the employees are polite they always get your order right it's in a good area and most importantly they care about speed the only Taco Bell in Akron that's like that

I just received my Uber Eats order a few moments ago. I asked for hot sauce, and got mild. I paid an extra 96 cents for a soft taco SUPREME and got a regular soft one. Didn't even get a straw for my drink. This is my first and last time ever ordering from here. Thumbs down.

This drive threw never gets the order right. I wanted 2 HARD taco Supreme and they allways mess it up and either give me soft or forget the sour cream or something evertime! They suck. The one they just opened on Massilon rd is way better even tho it’s hard to understand where to enter.

Really love the low prices, the $2 burritos are definitely a hit. I usually don't have digestive problems with Taco Bell, but everytime I've gone recently, I've gained indigestion from it.
