Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the best Chipotle that I have been to and it most certainly has the BEST employees. First off, the food is good here. It's Chipotle. But most importantly, the employees here are the best. Always friendly. Always kind. Always pleasant. Always working hard. Work to get everyone thru the line fast. They keep the place amazingly clean. For the regulars, they know your order as soon as you walk up (I mean who can remember all that?! They see a huge number of customers. And to recognize ppl thru masks?!). Stop here. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered online and got half chicken half steak with extra cheese and received a bowl with quite literally 5-6 pieces of meat and almost no cheese at all. The prices of food and delivery is outrageous and this is what I got? You pay for a good and service and you don’t get what you paid for. To me they stole money from me because a bowl of rice and corn isn’t the meal I paid for. 10/10 don’t recommend

This location is convenient to one of my jobs so I keep coming here. However, it is just ok enough. There's always some minor issue every time I come here. This time as pictured. Again not the biggest issue in the world but I've never actually had this happen at any chipotle location. Also the attitude of the girl who initially took my order left a little bit to be desired. Also the girl who was not paying attention and then tried to put the lid on my bowl had to try 3 times before sort of successfully putting it on. Meanwhile, the line was extremely backed up waiting for her. The last time I was here I ordered a veggie bowl because I am vegan and there were two pieces of chicken in it. This location could definitely be better.

This experience was a bit out of character for this location... but the staff were much more interested in socializing with a group of their friends in front of the line than they were completing orders for the line of customers out the door. One staffer in particular have their friend a better selection of Lettuce; instead of grabbing off the top they grabbed from the bottom because "it looked nicer for them". Read this review knowing it is out of character, typically I have zero issues with this location. As far as the food goes, it was as delicious as always.
