Klein Seafood

Dude, this place is legit the best place to get seafood in all of Northeast Ohio. Fresh shrimp, muscles, and Red Drum we're on the menu, and they slayed dinner! Super helpful crew as well, and you can get whatever done however? Wife does not like the fish head? Gone. Fins? Gone. Amazing job, new lifetime customer!

I walked in and was greeted right away by the nicest guy ! He was so helpful and answered every question i had . i went next door to see if they would cook my lobster tail bit they cant do that , they did however kindly explain to me exactly how to cook it at home . The people who work here , as well as the prices , are fantastic ! Do something fun and take a trip to kleins seafood !

Stopped in for fresh seafood and it was definitely that.. Once you get past the smell the selection is great! They have everything! You can even get your choice cooked there as well. The shrimp was delicious and seasoned well. My Catfish nuggets were very bland. I was so disappointed.... The fries were pretty good though.. Oh, and my cole slaw was good too...lol

We purchased the catfish nuggets, that actually were more like strips. The first time, there was barely any seasoning on them. The second time, we asked for them to be cooked crispy since they were soft underneath. This was not done, and there was less seasoning than the first time. We went back a third time within the month to give it one last shot since we heard good things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, this time was the worst. The fish had some kind of white coating on parts of it that made it look completely unappealing. Also, the batter between the two orders was markedly different in color and taste (zero taste). Both orders were not cooked crispy. When I called and spoke to someone there, he just made excuses as to why it would not stay crispy, and basically told me that, "He is sorry, but if people want it cooked crispy, then we need to do it ourselves." Terrible customer service and lack of appreciation for customers. Well, thank you sir, I will definitely take you up on that recommendation. If you like soft under cooked fish with no taste, Klein's Seafood is your place.

I don't visit Klein's often enough but every time I do, I get great service and great seafood! Their prices are reasonable and there's plenty of selection. I would like to bring to someone's attention that the sidewalk on the south side of the building that leads to the front entry needs a yellow line painted at the edge. Not only did I take a misstep when going to the customer entrance, I tripped over the very same edge when returning to my car. It's only a 2-3 inch step which is why it's not that noticeable, but it is a hazard! Thank you, Klein's, for allowing me to make this post. I'll be back soon.
