I ordered a bacon Swiss croissant meal. Potato’s were cold, and I got bread loaded with mayo and a sausage on it. I went back to have them correct it and the older man said “there ain’t no way” when I asked for a full sized sandwich to replace the now over breakfast meal. He gave me this tiny plain sandwich. This is the worst Wendy’s in Ohio

Great food here. Today the line was longer than their neighbor. That's a good sign. Food quality has been good, speed has been decent. Breakfast is surprisingly good. Make sure you try the spicy chicken biscuit with honey!

I have always ordered the spicy chicken and I usually find it satisfactory. Today I ordered the grilled chicken breast. I always ask to make sure the meat is hot. What I got today was a solid cold hockey puck. If I wasnt late for a meeting I would returned this nonfood item. Absolutely garbage and waste of money. They NEVER serve fresh food, other than their fries. Their chicken is always old, and cold by the time you are 3-5 mins out. Service is slow and unfriendly, and their managers will not remake orders that are incorrect. They send you coupons, and refuse to allow you to eat the correct food that you ordered that day. Unbelievably disappointing, and they need to take a lesson from the stores in North Canton. Horrible experience, day after day, week after week. Their management should be embarrassed. Lesson to all customers: Check your food in line and also check for freshness before pulling away or they will not fix it once you’ve left property. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

The man working the drive-thru on Sunday morning, February 27th, was probably the most pleasant person that's ever helped me at any restaurant. Keep him happy and he will make your customers happy. What a rare and potent attitude he had, I really appreciated it.

Visited Norton Oh Wendy's and the young lady taking order was rude and impatient after I had waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes for her to take my order...I left and went to the Montrose-Fairlawn Wendy's and the staff were all wonderful. Such a wonderful experience after the poor service at Norton.
