Ordered a burrito bowl for online pickup. It wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be, I had to wait around for 5 min and ask staff where it was. When I got it home it was stone cold. Not like it had been sitting for a bit cold, it was refrigerator cold. Terrible, will never go here again.

Absolutely the worst chipotle we have ever been to. Not once but twice they completely gave us just rice in a bowl. I do not reccomend this chipotle location at all...!!! Wish there was a negative star, doesnt deserve a 1 star.

You should post when you're out of ingredients at the front of your line. and you decide to do it at 7:30. Not to make any more tomatoes or fajitas for the night. This is easily the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Line is nasty and covered in mess, garbage all over the tables and floors, garbage cans overflowing, etc. It’s like they forbade the staff from cleaning anything.
