Slowest branch I have ever been to. Unfortunately its the only local one. They will not sell you chips when there are 50 bags in the back. We have tried the Chipoltle app several times and we never get the chips or drinks. They say call corporate. Awful service by management. Employees have always been very polite.

Of all the Chipotle locations I've been to, this one is the worst.
Ingredients are missing, bags come out the kitchen mangled, and attention to detail is low. Portion sizes are inconsistent and, more often than not, you end up getting less than you would at other locations.
I typically place orders using the mobile app. I don't know what the workers are being instructed to do, but there's usually only a 50/50 shot that you'll actually get what you want.
Even if this Chipotle happens to be the closest one to me, I will always seek out another one in the next town over.

Never opens on time and they usually don’t have all the food ready to serve. This location needs better management and better employees to stay on top of things. No hustle, freshness is meh. See for yourself :/

I was a little shocked with how dirty and disgusting the condition the restaurant was in. And when we got up to order. The countertop they move your food along was so dirty from the food dripping. They just slid the containers right through it. So by the time you eat the food, your container was covered in slop. I get they are a busy restaurant. But you can also clean in between orders. It's really easy. The tables in the dining room were awful also. The trash was overflowing. It's just bad.

Ordered a burrito bowl for online pickup. It wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be, I had to wait around for 5 min and ask staff where it was. When I got it home it was stone cold. Not like it had been sitting for a bit cold, it was refrigerator cold. Terrible, will never go here again.

Absolutely the worst chipotle we have ever been to. Not once but twice they completely gave us just rice in a bowl. I do not reccomend this chipotle location at all...!!! Wish there was a negative star, doesnt deserve a 1 star.

You should post when you're out of ingredients at the front of your line. and you decide to do it at 7:30. Not to make any more tomatoes or fajitas for the night. It's just bad business to have someone to wait in line 20 mins. Because you only have two people working. And don't have your ingredients prepped.

This is easily the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Line is nasty and covered in mess, garbage all over the tables and floors, garbage cans overflowing, etc. It’s like they forbade the staff from cleaning anything.
