Good food! Tried the #5 grilled cheese, it was fantastic! Really loved the flavor combo of the goat cheese, mushrooms and onions!

Great place to grab a bite to eat and a round or two with friends before or after downtown events. Typical bar food, nice variety of craft beer on tap and can. Offer beer take takeout. Beautiful unique penthouse that in itself is an experience worth the stair climb to get there. Bicycle friendly with iron railing outside to lock up.

Went here for dinner with a group of friends, the staff was friendly and attentive. The menu has diverse enough options that anyone could find something they will enjoy. Their draft beer list was pretty extensive. Big fan of the tomato soup (eats more like a bisque)

I was excited to come to this establishment because it was highly recommended. Their specialty is sandwiches, particularly, grilled cheese. Inordered the plain grilled cheese and the sandwich was okay. However, they had other sandwiches, as well. The best part for me was the homemade chips and Lawson's Dip, a Northeast Ohio favorite!

great experience here. extensive craft can list with options for everyone. i had the urban artifact sour & my boyfriend had the ommegang granola stout; both awesome. the fried pepperoni was a shot in the dark but we’re really glad we tried it; it defied expectations. the veggie burger & the #6 grilled cheese also rocked. service was good & we will definitely be back when we come to town again.

Me and my boyfriend have become big fans of the grilled cheese at lockview, but as they have always served us great food, we have always received terrible service. Today we just left because we sat there for over 15 minutes and nobody walked up to us to serve us. There were about 6 people working but roughly 10 tables max that were sat, meanwhile nobody was helping any of the tables. Last time we were here we also received extremely slow service and waited a while to be served. I just wished the service quality was valued the same here as the quality of the food. Really disappointed

Food was very good and was priced right. Our waitress was attentive and they had a good selection of craft beers. Great location right across from Lock 3 in downtown Akron.
