I hate this place and the ratchet workers!! I mean...... Rude... Can't place an order without being rushed or cut off. It's not all of them.... About 95% of them. If my kid didn't love happy meals, I would never go!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!!!
I tried them again last night(2-21-22), because....well why not. They gave me food to the car in front of me, and then gave me the same bag. When I went through the bag, the burgers were unwrapped like they checked them before giving the bag back. I just threw the entire order in the garbage. I have never been more disgusted. Still ZERO STARS!!

So disappointed in this McDonald's
I have had 3 bad experiences got my order wrong 2 times and waited in the drive-thru for 20mins and only ordered a large mocha Frappuccino. I find that absolutely ridiculous. Not sure where the
Problem is, but sure hope they fix it.

I went through the drive through today and ordered my special needs son a 2 cheeseburger meal with ONLY KETCHUP, MUSTARD AND MAYONNAISE with extra mayonnaise. I looked inside of one it was correct so I gave it to him and thinking they made 2 WITH THE SAME SINCE THEY WERE ORDERED TOGETHER, but the other was regular with the pickles and onions in which my son got really sick!!! I called them and complained to the manager and all she could say is THAT THEY’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT GOES ON THE BURGER!!! And she said I’m sorry, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY!!!!

Not sure what is going on but all McDonald's seem to be having problems with the staff and quality of the food being served. Most recently my Clearwater visits. The food is seldom hot and the staff are slow and very rude. You can complain but it does no good. They go up in price and down in value.

Just ordered a frappe through the driveway, paid and got to the next window to be told to pull up because it wasn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes for them to never bring the drink to my car. I couldn’t go in to get because the lobby is closed & no one answers the phone.

This McDonalds on Whiskey Road in Aiken is a mess. The lobby is never open, supposedly from staffing issues, but a little birdie told me the pay is terrible. The outside is dirty, needs a good power washing on the sidewalks, the parking lot is littered with paper. It's got a few good employees that are doing everything. I'm sure they won't stick around long. Hardee's down the street is packed, lobby open and clean and apparently well staffed. What's up McDonald's?

I went to this McDonald's early in the morning they were busy but still managed to get me in and out. The cashier was really nice. It was clean. Good prices for okay food like always. Its modern and updated which makes it feel more welcoming. I still wish they would have all day lunch though.
