Mi Rancho

I give this place 5 stars because I've been going there for probably close to 15 yrs and it has stayed very consistent and I love americanized Mexican food. They also have an authentic menu which I think people will become more interested in with the continuing food craze. The other thing I think might be more important, especially now, is their prices have always stayed reasonable. The servers are also very nice. Highly recommend if you like this type of food

We went for a retirement party. The food was good and we had a good time. The only reason I am only giving 3 stars is because once we were done eating they waited 30 minutes to give us our bill. Then when they did, they proceeded to tell us that the card system was down so we would have to pay cash or wait. We waited for another 30 minutes and the manager was trying to get it back up. One from the party asked could you write down the number to the cards or something so we don't have to keep waiting and the manager said no and was being really rude the whole time. We didnt mind waiting but when she said well if yall want to get out of here there is an atm down the road where you can get cash at. Then she rolled her eyes at another person from the party. I get it. Its a stressful situation but we were patient and were trying to come up with a solution with you as to not waste your space and time.

Today is the first time I have ever had an employee from mi rancho be rude to me. Aylean I believe was her name. All the years I’ve been going there, everyone has been so polite. She was terrible. She told me what I wanted to order wasn’t on the menu. I told her we had been ordering it for all of these years. Uuugh. I wanted to leave. The was so humiliated.
