Went in with a simple order 1 three piece all white and 1 four piece all white. Had to go back in after going to car they put a chicken tender box instead of 3 piece. They got the sides wrong twice so I drove 20 miles home went through the whole order no four piece no green beans only 1 mashed potato I can't believe how sorry people are its not that hard at least it shouldn't be just sorry as hell.

Great drive-thru, fast ,friendly, fresh and hot. The new chicken sandwich is probably my third in the chicken sandwich war.lol It's pretty good and the French fries were on point. The sweet tea was really sweet.

Restroom sink was broken no water to wash your hands, Also my order was wrong and out the door indigent asking for money to the customers....! so disappointed.

Even though KFC tells you to call and order ahead, this is one of the few KFC's that will actually let you do that. Most of the others will refuse to take your order over the phone. Others will say to place your order online. Their online menu with Grubhub is non functional and it only has a small portion of their full menu. Many of the other KFC's never have any specials - especially the ones in the Greenville,SC area. This location always has good pricing, great specials and pretty friendly and efficient staff. My favorite KFC location in South Carolina.

The service was great and the people were very nice, but I have some advice before you put the chicken in the box please drain the grease I got a 16 piece the first 5 or six pieces were great but everything under it was so greases that it was all stuck together and it messed up all the skin on the chicken up, it was like wet batter.

I love the chicken,it reminds me of my grandma's house. However, taking away the potato logs was wrong and for that reason I don't eat there much anymore.

I paid 59.93 for a meal in the drive thru and they didn't give me all of my order . I called them back 3 times but nobody answered the phone smh 🤦 will not be back to this location again.

Wrong order. Ended up paying $15 for 2 pieces of chicken and really nasty mac and cheese. Didn't realize the order was wrong until I got home.
