Subway

Food was made fast, however the manager who was ringing up my order was awful. This was a few months ago, but I’ve decided it should be known. I ran my credit card through, and got charged on it (phone showed the money I spent) and the lady claimed I didn’t pay, that it didn’t go through. I know I did, because my bank app showed I made the purchase. Dollar for dollar, cent for cent. However, even that wasn’t enough proof and she said I had to pay again. So I had to call corporate, who confirmed my purchase went through. 10/10 for corporate, 1/5 for the manager.

I go to this Aiken location most often and it is the best subway in Aiken. This particular visit for me was excellent. My mobile order was made in a very timely manor, my sandwich was one of the best I’ve had from subway, and they followed my “special directions” flawlessly. Good quality sandwich made by Ginger with excellent customer service.
