Tokyo Grill

Shrimp fired rice is rice w three - four shrimp ..nothing else in it. Menu have prices went up.. $1, $.80 wings, $.50. Wings was $5.99 and now $8 n change..dinner menu price say $8.55 it's 11.15 ..$1 increase where? $.80 increase where? More like $3 & $4 increases and price is different every time you visit and we get the same thing. So, what y'all go up every day, week? Honey lemon pepper wings are delicious! Veg rice is good long as rice is fresh.

While I have not eaten the food yet, I will say they are very disorganized. Took 10 minutes sitting in front of their makeshift partition to be asked what I would like to eat. Then 38 minutes later stood in front of the partition again knowing full well my food was ready asking about my meal. Sushi chef looks at the order and goes oo give me a few minutes I'll have your sushi ready. For reference I came in later in the evening they were not busy. Total time between ordering and getting food 8:16pm-9:05pm. Well I am sure the food will be great based on other reviews I must say that the service was pitiful.

Ordered food was told 20-30 minutes. Gave them an hour to find out the order is not even in the system, “had to recook alot of chkn and veggies”. I told her she said the same thing on Friday and still dodnt explain the missing order!!!! I did notice its a different lady taking the orders. Very unorganized!!!

Food is good, prices are okay. Just wish someone could learn how to pick up a phone when calling because I don’t have all day to sit at somewhere when I have a time frame for lunch. No wanting to shovel food down, have to fly back to work, and then get sick because it took 45 minutes for food to be made

I eat here pretty regularly and I must say, every time the food is perfect. Warm, tasty, great serving sizes and the staff is always so sweet. I actually came to review this restaurant to give full credit to Sydnie for my amazing visit. This time and before she always has the best attitude towards her customers and makes sure they are fully taken care of, no matter how busy she gets. This girl does a wonderful job and deserves any kind of recognition or praise y’all could give her. Thank you sydnie for being a ray of sunshine in all the people you come across!

Been eating here for years. Quality of food is excellent. Only place l order sushi in Aiken, and their chicken wings are cooked perfectly! Staff is very friendly and know their repeat customers very well. If you call and they don’t pick up, keep trying for they are very busy! 5/5 easily. Thank you, Tokyo Grill!
