Honestly the quality is great if you don’t like it they will remake it, and their customer service makes sense because it respects their business while giving pleasure to its customers by only refunding for the day and you need to bring your drink back so they can get you another one, I go there like 4 times a week and the food, drink, and service is satisfactory but the girl manager with “Dora the Explorer” hair does not treat her workers fairly and professionally, she does not use positive let alone neutral words when her workers (except for the favorite ones) do not exactly meet the standard, instead she uses harsh words that discourages her workers and makes them more panicked than they should be (the guy assistant manager is okay btw, and acts how a manager is supposed to be, but I don’t really hear from him everyday, just once a week). Anyways if you want a quality food and drink made with discouraged and horrified workers (because of their treatment they get from their girl manager)…go to this one!!!

They have 10 people working but 9 of them are all on drive thru only. Took me almost 20 minutes to buy 2 donuts this morning, and it would have been longer if I didn't get someone's attention from the back to just grab me the donuts. The single person working the front counter should have help because she takes orders, makes coffees for the counter customers and does the online orders too. Put one more person in the front and it'll be so much better.

My wife and I got coffee in Springfield and we were on the road we asked for coffee cream no sugar by the time we could drink it we were in Connecticut guess what it had sugar took it back the next day to get a replacement the answer was NO! So much for customer service. Massachusetts based company doesn't care about us anymore they're millionaires.

Horrible service. The drive through buz cut chick was nasty, was swearing in front of me, handed me food without looking at me like I’m not there, no thank you no smile. This place used to be nice and friendly now it’s ghetto like and horrible service. Save your miles and go down the street.

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go there, there is ALWAYS a mess up whether it’s my coffee or my food these people do not listen to your order

If you wanted made right the first time I suggest going to another store every time I’ve gotten there nothing has been right

It used to be a very quick Dunkin, not anymore.
And trying to skip the drive through line by going inside with no line, you just end up being ignored as you stand at the register by yourself.
I understand the whole Covid thing, but no other Dunkin that I have been to in the area is this slow.
On a positive note the facility is clean and they get my order right almost every time, and the coffee is good.
