Friendly's

We never get our drinks when we get delivery. But food is good. Lobster sub is cold but still good. Just save yourself the hassle of drinks. This pic was taken after it had to wait a half hour for me to go get the drinks. The croutons were soggy the tomatoes tasteless. But lobster was good. Just an unnecessary hassle.

I placed an online order, which was properly received, printed, and charged. However when it was delivered, there were multiple elements of our meal ($50) that were missing. We had no ice cream sundae (which was even circled with a pen on the receipt) or French fries. Plus our food was cold by the time of arrival and we couldn't even finish it. I tried contacting the delivery team, who didn't have it. I tried calling the listed phone number online, as well as on the company website and HQ- none of them worked. One was a fax machine and the other simply said additional surveys were not being accepted at this time.

The only thing consistent about this restaurant is their poor customer service, slow speeds, incorrect orders, and delayed pick up times. Recently ordered online from this location, the order was 30 minutes behind and ended up being incorrect. Employees in the store had no care that they were 30 minutes behind and paid little to no attention to customers walking in or customers waiting for orders. Had about 5 tables of in restaurants dining with 15 people in the kitchen area with only 2-3 actually working. Very poorly run business.. no surprise so many locations are closing.

It doesn't even deserve 1star but it says I need to post something.. It was the worst Friendly's experience I've had in the last 50 yrs. We were the only customers in the place. From the moment we walked in until we left horrible service and even worse attitude from the server who appeared to be a manager. She served my husband his classic lobster roll on a hard stale roll and only one third of the usual lobster. We know the amount it should contain since we were in another Friendly's last Thursday.
