Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just like any other Chipotle, service is very dynamic and the food is fresh. The line moved fairly quickly and the payment process was smooth. Outdoor seating available with several tables. My suggestion is to do a better job at organizing the cutlery and lids station as it was very messy and gave a neglected appearance

Frustrating ordering mobile orders then having to wait in a busy line because they keep the orders by the cashier. Defeats the purpose of mobile order completely. Portions are ridiculously small here compared to other locations, I included my wallet for comparison on an 11$ burrito. Not labeling group orders and having the customer have to open the burritos to see what’s inside just shows the lack of good service here.

Situation, time, location and two people having to agree fast 😂to Mexican 🤔 Chipotle it is. I usually walk in but since we got there about 10 min before opening we decided to order online to go while waiting. I've never used their online oder before and I usually order Salad bowl but some how I was on the Lifestyle bowl 🤔😁 I got the chicken Fajita ... It was actually good but that Supergreens (kale green) was not tender. It's a lot of chewing going on but it didn't stop me. 😂 It was really good and I was so hungry I realized after eating half way of it I haven't taken a picture ...Well, tried to make up for it. Honestly though This Chipotle has always had good customer service their food's flavor has been consistent and the cleanliness also since they opened about 15 or 16 years ago which is very rare that speaks volume of management and their chosen team members 👏👏👏 ... I moved away and moved back and it is still the same. ❤️❤️❤️

I understand it’s busy and hectic but when I have to wait 20 minutes after confirmed pickup because nobody put my food on the shelf for pickup and didn’t bother calling my name like they did for the people that crowded and demanded their orders. I ordered on the app at 12:30 and left the store at 1:30. Never going again because it’s actually a waste of time, deleting the app too.

Had a mobile pick up order, my fault for not looking in the bag to confirm everything was in there however they forgot three items. My quesadilla was SO disgusting. I had my husband try it and he couldn't finish the bite he took. I unfortunately had to throw out away. I'm not sure what they did to it but my stomach is not feeling too good now.
