Review Taco Bueno - Addison

The two meals we received were accurate and ordering in the drive up area was not a problem. Our issue was the closed dinning room at 6pm on a Friday. This seemed odd even in our current environment of “more services and less employees.” Since we were able to order through the drive up and received great service I still believe this is a good place to grab a meal to go.

Worst food ever. I ordered the number 3 and a soft taco. My soft taco was soggy and stuck to the paper. The crunchy taco was good but the nachos was horrible. It was cold chips old and no seasoning what so ever. I been calling them and they won't answer the phone just rings. If you want better service and employees. Treat them better and pay them more.

Customer service here is terrible. The girl with the blue/green hair that took my order through the drive thru today was extremely inattentive and did not repeat my order back. I did not receive a receipt when my order was given and then she tried to act like she had already gave me a drink when she hadn’t and was just standing there looking crazy. My food was cold, beans smushed to the side of the container, taco barely had meat in it, just horrible. Smh now I see exactly why this location is always very empty. New staff and new management is very needed here or this place will not last long at all. All the employees that work here have bad vibes, they don’t even greet you. It’s like they do not want to be at work. I understand it’s fast food but it is also a place of business and service. I will not be going back to this place at all whatsoever.

I do know what's going on with this location. Since the upgrade service is slow, meals are cold, chips are stale, thing that should be included in the order is missing. I will just take the drive to the location on Monfort. Convenience is not always worth paying for....

This is my 3rd time at this location since I have moved here and I have to say that I am addicted to the food! I am going to come here at least once a week. Their food is so tasty which makes you crave it when you're hungry! I am so glad I discovered this place.

I Really enjoyed the beef taco platter. Their rice, beans, guac, chips, and tacos were spot on. This restaurant keeps getting better and better. Do not go to "Taco Alarm" on the corner! Go here instead!

Tacos were sol cold and broken shells. Young girl who took our order acted like she did not want to work. No name tag. We were the only customers inside. Will not return.

My husband swears this is NOT the standard Taco Bueno experience. The wait was unreasonable considering the lack of other customers, the order was barely luke-warm, and the food itself was abysmally bland. I've had sand with more flavor. The one positive of the entire experience was the politeness of the drive-through cashier. For a recently renovated store, this was a tired and disappointing meal.
