Review Wendy's - Addison

It was ok.. no more or less!! Being attached to a gas station maybe what's keeping them alive!!!! I don't know.. nothing negative or positive to report!!!

I love the new Wendy's breakfast choices! The honey butter chicken biscuit is messy, but so good. And, the breakfast potatoes are one of my favorites! There is never a long line for drive-thru breakfast and the service is always good!

I eat here a lot and have had a few issues here but over all it’s been ok. Had a issue today where I used my rewards points for lunch because I left my wallet at home and as I pull up to the store the worker tells me there is no order and there is nothing she can do. I then show her the receipt and she repeats there is nothing I can do and I have to call customer service . So I call customer service and get a message “sorry we are closed at this time call back later” now I’m out lunch and rewards points because the staff at this Wendy’s refused to even help. Disappointed that this one bad experience has changed my whole opinion of this location. Very disappointed

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Save your money for the McDonald’s across the street. The employee I spoke to lied to me about being closed. Unfortunately, when I spoke to manager on duty she wasn’t any more skilled at customer service. When I asked the manager for the number to corporate I was told AJ Foods. Of course this didn’t make since to me so I clarified and asked her if that was the phone number. Her response was she didn’t have the corporate number because their store was a franchise. So I asked if there was a complaint number she could give me and was told NO! Then a car drove up and they proceeded to serve that customer. That’s when I confronted the manager about what the employee had told me and she admitted they weren’t closed. DUH!! Soooo disappointing since I had just worked a 10 hour shift and was starving at 10:30 pm😡 Worst staff ever, but the poor service probably saved me from food poisoning. If the staff behaves in this manner then it isn’t hard to imagine the liberties they take with food storage and preparation🤢

I have been coming to this location for lunch for about 4 years. The manager who works in the drive thru between 11am-1pm is SO NICE! Her employees are all friendly, but are still able to give prompt service. My food is always fresh and my order is right.

Rude service. I walked in and a woman behind the counter just stared at me and wouldn't stop until I stared back at her. When i was at the counter one of the workers asked the guy behind me what he wants even though I was there first! Cashier had no customer service attitude

This Wendy's here close to my home on Spring Valley and Dalla Parkway is the best Wendy's in the world. Me and my wife have tried and many different locations and this location is really the best of the best. Food(always fresh) , staff, cleanliness, speed. Thanks a lot.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD WENDYS! The staff here are friendly and helpful. Of course I really like Wendy's burgers 🍔 😋
