Smoothie King

I work up the street about 5 min away. I go here at least 2-3 time a wk. never really had a bad experience till Saturday Dec 26th when I order a 40oz strawberry/banana like I always do. 1: The flavor wasn’t really there this time around 2: it took almost 20 min to get my smoothie when there was only a couple in front of me. 3: I order a 40oz and pay for a 40oz. If you made a mistake by forgetting to put an ingredient or something in please tell me oh I’m sorry I didn’t put enough this or that. Instead when the guy handed me the cup his face said it all. That’s probably why the smoothie didn’t taste right and why the smoothie didn’t fill the 40 oz cup that I paid for. Should’ve gotten the 32oz instead then I won’t feel like I’m getting rip off. I would’ve said something but I was running late for work because I waited longer than I thought I would. See picture below. Feel rip off paying over 10 dollar for something I didn’t get.

This is my girlfriend’s first time in America (she’s from Toronto, Canada) and she just wanted a quick smoothie for the road. I decided to stop by smoothie king at this location and the minute we walked in she wasn’t feeling the customer service. We saw about three different employees and not one of them greeted us or asked us if we need any assistance whatsoever. When my girl asked the employee about the customer service he sarcastically said “hi”. We was just turned off after that so we just left. The whole vibe is off at that location.

This location is horrible with making drinks. They taste nowhere as good as the one in Midway. My husband and I got our usual from there and this is the first time visiting this location. Omg! It went straight in the trash and since I just had surgery I couldn’t go up there and just do a refund. I don’t know what they did wrong but it was disgusting. I’m so angry because I really wanted that smoothie. Smoothie King give me my money back so i can go to the Midway location to get my smoothie made right.

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. A friend had bought me a banana boat that morning (Thurs April 12th 2018) as a surprise. It was incredibly sweet and I didn't like it. I took it back (completly full) to them and simply asked if I could get a different smoothie made. When I told this to the lady at the counter she looked at me and said "so what exactly do you want?"...I asked if I could get a different smoothie, she promptly answered, "No, not unless you bring me a recepit, I'm not doing anything" - needless to say I didn't ask my friend for her receipt because I didn't want to be unappreciative for her thoughtful gesture. I guess this is their typical business practice, I was just surprised as to how I was treated because this banana boat smoothie was way too sweet for me. I wasn't asking for cash back, I was just asking for a different smoothie.
