Absolute hidden gym in Addison at the Post. Next time we're at the Addison conference and Theatre Centre will definitely make plans to stop at this point little English pub. $5.99 lunch Pub burger with fries I don't know why this place isn't packed. The best burger I've had in Dallas.
My favorite place, not pretentious like other Addison places. Great patio and staff. Becca, Amanda, and Chase are awesome. They take great care of you no matter how busy they are
I loved the LIon and the Crown. I enjoyed this restaurant/bar very much and frequent it often. The wait staff is very friendly and the atmosphere perfect. I highly recommend for a night out worth the time and money!!
New Hope!. I have been several times over the past couple of weeks and just WOW, what a difference this place is already now that they have some new owners! I have been living in the circle for over a year now and first visited the Crown in Jan of 2011. The service was terrible, among many other things. Spoke with the owners (at the time) on many occasions, and to be frank, they just didn't seem to know what the hell they were doing. Glad to see it's finally under new ownership and I hope to continue to see good things to come. The new weekly drink specials and live music weekend events are a great welcome! If you already crossed this place off your list of places to hang out...time to pull out the eraser and give it a second chance.
Great pub in the middle of Addison. Felt like I was in England! If you have a craving for bangers and mash this is the place. Very affordable and good looking bartenders.
Nice bar providing a respite from the heat in the middle of the Addison circle commune. Nice beer offering, spacious and chill. A cool place to chill with friends. Nice waiters and waitresses tending to the business of their patrons. Food can be a bit salty sometimes.
Free atmosphere and it's a bar that you can actually hear each other in. The beverages are quite good. The food is okay. Three of us tried different dishes and none of us would probably order them again But we figure we'll come back here and have some beverages and relax some afternoon and just snack.
We have lived in the circle for over 2 years and I couldn’t be more impressed than Adam and Cesar. It feels good to come back to the pub and feel like we’re on the cast of friends. Thank you for being such a welcoming bar, my wife and I are definitely becoming regulars. Praise to Adam for his customer service.
Used to love this place years ago, but after a lot of staff turnover it stopped being my favorite. Went last night for the first time in a while and was thrilled to see it’s back to its former glory. Bar was clean, current staff is great, drinks were perfect. Observed a patron that came in from another bar and was in bad shape, and the bar staff (manager, I think? John or Josh) handled the situation professionally and tactfully. They also had a live band last night (might be an every Friday thing) who sounded great and friends and I had a blast playing pool. Didn’t try any of the food but would definitely recommend this place as a local watering hole.
