Reminds me of Tully’s Tenders from NY, very big fan! The sauce is fantastic and i don’t care for crinkle cut fries but this joint has swayed my opinion and opened my eyes.. Have only eaten it once and anytime fast food is brought up it’s one of the first spots i think of now!

Always good and still wondering what is in the canes sauce. Spread that liberally on the chicken fingers and you will be in a food coma for hours after. Be careful with what size box you get.

I'm really annoyed. I get there and there is nobody inside. Not even a long line in the drive through. I had ordered ahead and had already gotten the message that my order was ready. I go inside and the workers tell me to wait. I literally see my order sitting on the counter (even tho I thought pick up was supposed to be easier and on a shelf like the website said). I see people walking back and forth and ignoring me until I guess the manager decided to help out. I got my order and left. Got home and realized that BOTH of my drinks were wrong. Great. Will be traveling further to the next closest canes next time.

This is the hot chicken spot that'll satisfy all your mouth watering cravings!! The chicken is so soft and juicy and packed with flavor. I definitely wish there was one in the Bay Area, but I'll be sure to come eat at Dave's every time I'm in the area.

Canes is my favorite place to eat at because the food is AMAZING! and they're customer service is really good.Their customer service there is so good they are always wishing me to have a nice day, are always so nice and peppy and just overall the vibes there and they're attitude is so positive.One time i went in i ordered my food with extra sauce and once i pulled up to the second window , they asked me if i wanted even more sauce which its a small thing but it made me happy just because most fast food restaurants are really stingy with their sauces and canes really isn't and they always give me so many napkins which most fast food places just give like 1 or 2.Thank you so much Raising Canes for all the amazing experiences and the positive attitudes and amazing food i will for sure be going back this week!

No one at this location is trained correctly. The general manager Steven McMillon is a joke as far as General Managers go and so is Mark. Their employees are very disrespectful, untrained and unapologetic. They screwed up my order not once but twice and they did absolutely nothing about it. Do not go to raising canes in Addison I would recommend not going at all but if you must have it go to a different location.

My boss picked up lunch for us today at this location. Only 10 of 12 meals were in the 3 bags he came back with and two of our meals had hair in them. One if them the hair was grilled into the toast. Will never return to this Canes location.

It's really the best thing that so came to Dallas so far for is a chicken restaurant really good food never had a problem either all the time at least 3times a week and have a very good customer service never had any problems always good food good business and always will be back

I had my first visit to Raising Cane's (Addison) today and fell in love with its charm. The first thing you notice when you walk in the front door is the photos of Addison's history and how clean the restaurant is kept. This place is light and bright with a fun feel to it. My meal was great, and I couldn't help noticing all the families enjoying lunch together. I’ll be back soon.
