The black bean dip served with the chips is to die for. The steak I ordered was on point. My wife ordered fish and that was really tasty. The cocktails were nice. A great place for a quite evening dinner with your significant other.

I cant say enough good things about Glorias. You get seated and get to admire the interior of the place. You are served 2 salsas and a black bean dip with crispy hot chips, that dont break when you go to dip. The service was top notch, friendly and didnt rush us at all. People in my party had a whiskey sour and they said it was really good, another got a spicy marg which was also good. Finally there was the CoCo Beach which was phenomenal and had us dreaming of sunny vacation days. Everything was fresh and hot. The meat had a great flavor. We enjoyed the chimychanga, brisket tacos, combination fajitas, and Finished it off with Tres Leches which was very tasty. Between the food and the service I hope I am back sooner than later.

The black bean dip is amazing! It comes with the salsa and chips. I ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. My son ordered the ceviche trio and blackened red snapper. Everything was excellent. Our waitress, Melina, was friendly and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. She was great!

Gloria's never fails to impress from the environment to the food! Today, the service was unmatched by our server, Francisco. He started by explaining that he was under training by Leonardo but you wouldāve thought he was working there for years! So many amazing things to say about Gloriaās! The vibe in the restaurant was very nice, and the service was very helpful. The restaurant was very big and spacious and was nicely decorated and organized. Carne Asada, beef enchiladas, and the seafood soup stood out to me, and the sauces were a m a z i n g!!

I have been a customer for 17 years at this location. I always have had great service and food in all of that time. Atmosphere is great for a date or dinner with family/friends. Drinks are strong and they have a variety of dishes from Tex Mex, Salvadorian to some awesome seafood cuisine. Ellie was our server the other night and she was on point and made our evening even more enjoyable. Thank you Gloria for keeping up the quality I have enjoyed over the years!

We ate here last week and dined in on a Friday night. There was a wait only because it was Salsa night we didnāt know this part. We did end up getting a table and I was so thankful because if weād been at the bar weād have to stand up and eat. The chairs are removed from the entire for so it can become a dance floor. Our food and drinks were great. Iāll definitely return

Lovely restaurant with high end feel, but still welcoming. Very large inside and loud. Food was good, but needed salt. Plaintains were a tad soggy, papusas were GIANT. The pork papusa was not great, meat was grainy and not good taste. Cheese papusa was definitely better. The pescado de gloria (seafood dish) was my main, had good overall flavor and healthy portion of seafood. The rice base was a bit mushy though, and I needed to use some papusa to add umph. Service took a minute, but had a good time.

Gloria's dishes were all elevated and refined versions of the names they represent. The Chile Relleno with steak was the best version of Chile Relleno I've ever tried outside of Mexico City. My wife's fish stew was on par with those in Portugal, the the dips..ooh the wondrous dips!! Amazing salsa, amazing green sause. Pro tip: ask for the spicy green sause, even better with even more bite!!

The Salvadoran dinner was outstanding including tamale, pork and cheese pupusa, Gallo pinto beans, Yuca, plaintains, delicious dark colored rice and black beans. The homemade chips are tops and the salsa and black bean dip are boldly delicious. Dinner 12.99 The atmosphere is classy-hip. Servic was excellent.

Trying to get a big party there is IMPOSSIBLE! not taking reservations is the worst and the wait list at the check in system is ridiculous. The food was OK, the service at the table was fine and music was not bad but not great. For the price and the organization I will definitely go to other place.

Celebrated my birthday Saturday for Valentine's weekend. Reserved VIP section for 20ppl $$$ it was worth it because place gets packed, our server Chuy was great! NRG band awesome, DJ not awesome, but management can do a better service for customers that spend this kind of $$$. All around Dallas the VIPs are set up early regardless. Plz management at Gloria's if customer ask for chips don't hesitate they are spending big $$$ and setup their VIP no later than 10pm.

I had the Tropical Salad with grilled Salmon. It was fantastic! My family enjoyed fajitas for two, a chimichanga, chicken fingers. They were able to take food home, there was so much of it! I've never seen chicken fingers so big!!! It was a great experience! The service was great!

I went to dance this last Saturday 26th, I expended all the time in the back right in from of the main door with my cousin who is a Dallas resident with the weirdest beard in town. Suddenly the most amazing girl ever arrived, never seen her in my life since I am not from here, and we dance a couple of salsa songs. We even had the chance to dance the last bachata ones and we did it like we knew each other since forever. Great music, great orchestra, great place. I will definitely go over again just to find her because she gave me the best dance night of my life. Thanks Gloria's Latin Cuisine. And thank you for the fantastic dance.

My husband ordered Chicken Flamiado. He said it was delicious! I ordered the taco playe, but substituted one taco for a tornado. Both were wonderful.
The staff was on top of it as far as checking on us, refilling drinks,etc.
I would definitely go back again!
