Review Mcdonald's - Addison

The food was OK, no real issues there. The service was less than when I hoped, everybody. There is just a little bit rude, and didn't really seem like they care very much. I guess that's just sort of a common complaint with fast food restaurants nowadays. I sort of sucks because we do go to some of them that are very very kind and friendly and don't seem like they're bothered by their jobs.

It's a McDonalds! It seems lately in every McDonald's I go to I have to tell them to double check the food and make sure we have it. I have to admit this is one of the better ones.

After going in sounding lil complainy about the McDonald's app coupon for $3 large McCafe when the large is $3.24 with tax. Well anyway i was just curious when asking about that they had number of customers.they made my large frappe first and dealt with other things then made the Oreo mcflurry next. Set it down and Thinking they hadn't made the frappe started to make it again but when i saw them making it again they had the best kinda customer service without wasting you could hope for and said "you want this one anyway" of course obliged and left feeling very happy since got a free frappe but they didn't waste senselessly. And gave a customer a good experience from even a mistake but here! Big kudos for this not because got a free frappe but it was the public generosity of relations.

Quick food and fast service.. Location has mobile order and fast. Stay at car and they will come and serve you

Service has gone down, they've become slower, they are less attentive to people when standing there waiting to order because they don't know how to order themselves. They no longer have the monitors to see what you want to order. Fries have been somewhat chilled the last 3 times I've gone there. They always have people waiting for about 5-10 minutes on average for their food. The place definitely looks nice, making it look good like a high end restaurant but with low end service.

I can't thank them all enough. Great fast service when the workers handed the cup to us i was the right way other McDonald's workers put there fingers in them ..GROSS ! Not today when I asked if they fries were fresh they made us a fresh batch. Then when they filled the fries they actually made it look like the way is on TV. Great job everyone..ill stop back again because of the way you all treated us 100%..

Usually I like this McDonald's, however when I order a Sausage Burrito I like Mild Sauce, and you guys only have hot. Mild is better.

Every other time I go they get my order wrong.

The worse customer service ever. I stop here everyday on my way to work, order the exact same thing day in, day out. So this morning I put my order for a large cup of coffee 8 Splenda 8 cream. Nothing more nothing less. I pull up had to wait for the person I front of me to finish. The man tells me I have to wait 2 minutes they're brewing a fresh pot of coffee please pull up to window 3. So I do, all the time thinking why didn't you start the pot while you where wait for the order in front of me to get ready. But I pull up and wait, and wait and wait 10 minutes gone I waiting still. Nothing no one is coming. Now I'm frustrated 15 minutes gone I look around nothing. I go back around to the order speaker ask the lady where is my coffee. She knows nothing her excuse is "I just got her". I just told her I want my money back I'm going to be late for work. Got my money and ask for the manager. Mr Manager comes to the window I explain to the problem he apologizes. I told him you were standing next to the man who took my order but he swears he knew nothing about my order and apologized again. All the apologies in the world doesn't get the now 20 minutes back and my cup of coffee. All I wanted was a fresh cup of coffee.

Okay, so to begin with we pull up to the order screen, nothing, no voice comin from the box. About a minute goes by and finally we hear someone yell hold on!. Alright thats cool, you need a minute, at least be polite. Alright let's proceed, now mind you it's Already 8 minutes into our arrival time and finally we start our order: a big Mac, 3 mcdoubles and quaterpounder. We pull up to the window, wait...wait. .no one comes to take our money so we pull up. Wait Wait Wait...finally she comes to the window, repeats the order and its still wrong. She we retell her what we want, oh guess what. Were waiting again. Like seriously we could have become hunters, killed a deer, and eaten it before we got our food. Alright FINALLY we pay., wait it gets better, she drops like 80 cents on the ground when handing me the change and then gives ME the dirty look like it's my fault. Now she asks me to move up and wait at the door... why? Did you loose your. Cows? 19 minutes later..we get our food. Without one of the mcdoubles. And the food was cold. Long story short, I'm unhappy.
