If you are looking for an afternoon full of fun games, Billards, or food. This is the place to come too. I have been coming here for over 20 years and it is nice that very often they exchange the games and there are lots of new ones.

I would like to thank our sever and everyone who is working on Thanksgiving. Food was great, other than my wife beating me in most of the games, it was a great night.

Stopped by for food , ordered a burger medium well with fries..wife ordered the pretzel sticks with 2 sauces. Food was spot on n cooked right Service was excellent.

Really nice arcade with a lot of options. Probably better for smaller kids and teens in regards to the games choices. Drinks were pretty good a food was delicious. Our bartender was really nice and super informative when it came to the menu. You are able to leave your stuff at the table, play games and then come back and finish your drink/ meal. Prices for games were pretty cheap and you get a card that you can reuse at a different date in case you don't use it all in one day.

Chanel (a server who was more than outstanding) was the only reason our whole experience was amazing. The chef…let’s just say they must have been half sleep. Our food was cold and came out completely different two times, but Chanel!? She made sure we were okay and taken care of even though our food was not it. She even went out of her way to talk to the manager about our situation and handled it amazingly…top tier. Please if you see/have Chanel, make sure to tell her she’s amazing!! She’s the only reason why I gave as high as a rating as I did.

The family spent 6 hours here playing games and eating. There were a lot of people but we still had fun. We played pool which was fairly inexpensive. They have newer games which were really fun to play, including a VR station. The food has always been delicious. Good time, family fun.

Brought my daughter here and we had a blast. They have a lot of fun games and the atmosphere is great. The rep that helped us out at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Staff here are awesome! Once inside there's nothing exciting about it. Granted I went in the afternoon but I would have expected someone at the bar to take my order. I had to go find someone to help me.

Great place to visit for family fun. Brought my 6 and 10 year old daughters here for a birthday party. Food in the restaurant was decent enough, nothing to write home about, but was good. Where this place shines is in all of the games. Easy to load credits onto a card that can then be used for games. Good variety from arcade style games to driving games, you name it, they have it here! Kids had a great time, but spending a day here adds up quickly and it was a $250+ day for the four of us.

Even though the wait staff was down a couple of people, the food preparers in the back were VERY fast! We got 2 orders of wings, fries, and fried pickles. The fried pickles must have been sitting out under the hot lamp because they were not hot or crispy. I’m not sure what supplier group they purchase their ranch from or if anyone at D&Bs has tasted the ranch but it’s sweet and un-flavorful. The food was good enough to not need it however. The games were very fun, not too many broke down. We were very pleased with the variety of games and with how much time we were able to spend there off of nearly 800 tokens. Looking forward to going there on Wednesday when they have some deals!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First off we called earlier in the week to make a reservation for dinner. We were told there was no need as it won't be that busy. Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday and were told there was a 2 to 2 and a half hour wait. We decided to hangout at the bar and wait it out. Nearly 3 hours later and many complaints to management we finally got a table. Keep in mind there are numerous empty tables all over this place. We get to our table. Our waitress doesn't greet us with her name just takes a quick drink order as if we're inconveniencing her. We get our drinks and put in our food order as we all know what we want at this point since we've been waiting 3 hours. While waiting quite a while for our food our waitress did not once stop by our table to check on us or refill drinks. We got our food which was the only decent thing about this place. The waitress again neglected to check on us throughout dinner. She brought us the check didn't ask if we wanted dessert coffee anything else etc. Just "I'll take this when you're ready". We were a party of ten which would typically mean a very nice tip for a server. I used to serve so I know this first hand. She focused more on tables of two than her table of ten which is just ridiculous. Little did she know we are usually great tippers and usually tip 20-30 for average service. She didn't even deserve the small tip we left her. I will not be returning to this place and will tell everyone I know that considers going to reconsider.

Our waitress was not attentive at all. Didn’t ask us if we wanted more to drink, and we had purchased alcoholic beverages for adults and foundrain for the kids. Didnt even bring us waters. Didn’t bring napkins whatsoever, we had to ask for them, even though we got an appetizer. No plates for apps either. Wanted ketchup for my fries and she 1. Didn’t bring it to begin with and 2. Disappeared after getting our food. In fact, after she dropped off our appetizer, she disappeared until we were halfway done with our meal. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out to us. And it’s not even like she was busy - it was slow! She had one other table of 4 people. There were 5 tables with patrons total. C’mon. I’ve been a waitress before and I can tell you that if I did that I’d get stiffed on my tips or reported to the manager. Still gave a nice tip for crappy service, but very disappointed. Bill was over $100 but we won’t eat there next time. We will eat somewhere with better service.

Our food was 1/3 of what the menu showed, steaks were tough to chew, garlic mashed potatoes were no more than a tablespoon and bacon wrapped shrimp was smaller than my thumb and there was only 3 on the plate! Now onto the women’s bathroom, I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms at Brookfield Zoo. The game room was around 80 degrees. Very disappointed, because I picked Dave n Busters to celebrate my 60th Birthday! Huge letdown, White Castle is better than Dave n Busters!

I'm only giving this a 2 star because the bartender mike was very friendly and apologetic. I went there today about 3pm with my kids. I sat at the bar and ordered a appetizer, it was the chicken wings, cheese curds and tater tots. I ate the chicken took a break to see if my girls wanted some. As I sat there tons of flies were flying all around. Landing on my food and drink. I couldn't get them away fast enough. Had to be at least 5-10. It was disgusting. I couldn't eat anymore or let my kids eat it now. I told the bartender who mentioned it is a problem but corporate has to be the one to take care of it with chemicals. He said he has told his managers and nothing happens. Very disappointed that my bill was $17 for a ice tea and a appetizer which I maybe ate 1/4th of. Really disappointed and grossed out. If you like flies in your food, this is your place.

Horrible experience!! Traveled over an hour for my sons bday! Service was the worst I have ever had. 5 of us finished our meal before they even brought my daughters out. Sat with empty soda glasses for far too long. Finally had to ask for refills. Waitress was not friendly at all. Food was mediocre at best. Spoke with the manager and he took care of 2 of the meals, but for the time traveled and money spent on food and the arcade for 4 kids, I won't be going back.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the food was fantastic! I definitely recommend the chicken ceasar lettuce wraps !!! The prices for the food was also reasonable . The prices for the gaming cards however were insanely too expensive. I didn't buy the cheapest ones and the points ran out in 30 min. We had a nice time . The place was clean and we would visit more often if the gaming card prices were more reasonable .

Nice place, good atmosphere. Disappointed at the cost of draft beer. Not competitively priced.

Came in on Friday night with a group of 12. There was little to no wait, which I thought was awesome! Our server was amazing and very patient with us considering we waiting 30 minutes for some extra people to show up. My only complaint was that my boyfriends and my food got sent to another table, so they had to remake the food. Everyone else got their food and by the time they were done eating, we got ours. Great night though and the games were awesome!

A very fun & exciting place to pass time. Great place for the whole family fun😊
