This is a wonderful restaurant. We had my parents 50th anniversary celebration here and Mr. Gary was the kindest and most accommodating person to work with. He and the waitress went over and beyond in making it a special evening to remember. He even did a special dinner at my parents’ request that included a delicious gumbo and jambalaya. The breakfasts that we’ve had on previous occasions have all been delicious and the staff is so friendly. We look forward to frequenting this place on a regular basis.
My family and I ate here on a Friday morning for breakfast. We got 2 kids meals, the supreme chicken biscuit (I think that was the name of it?), and a cheesesteak omelet (on special at the time). All tasted amazing. Tab was very reasonable. Quantities were not lacking. Service was excellent. The server said that they were planning to expand their dinner hours in the near future. We highly recommend it!
Good food at a reasonable price. Great to have a brunch place close to home. Mimosas are excellent. Lots of flavors. Service was a bit slow but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.
We eat here all the time and everything, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is delicious. Great pancakes, biscuits, fried chicken, mimosas, even steak. Service is always top notch. Today I would like to discuss this culinary masterpiece though. This strawberry shortcake y’all. It’s amazing. Come get yourself some!
Delicious food! Fantastic and attentive server! Small restaurant with excellent, tasty food. We tried breakfast which they serve all day. So many excellent choices. I had the garden vegetable skillet and it was fresh, hot and delicious.
Great mimosas with a nice variety of flavors. We were a group of 6. Everyone food came out good. We had a burger, 2 orders of shrimp and grits, a order of bourbon chicken and waffles and a Southwest skillet. I didn't care for the skillet but the biscuit it came with was really good.
Great welcoming atmosphere. The food is very good and we were impressed with this find. Definitely would eat there again!
We drive by often through the place and we decided to stop by. Man oh man! Great place for breakfast (that's what we had) and looking forward to try other dishes. We love local joints like this, specially when the owners are the one catering to the people. Love it! If you're in the area, and never visited this place, give it a try.
Found this cute place by accident. Literally. We were on our way to another restaurant for breakfast and there was a traffic jam due to an accident. So we turned around and found this place. It's a quaint place with a friendly staff. The owners were there and spoke when we left out. Their cook.....Lord knows he knows what he's doing back there in the kitchen. I had the chicken and waffles and my husband ordered the porkchop Mac and cheese with mash potato with gray. Everything was a tasty and we didn't have to doctor anything up. Fresh coffee stayed coming. I will be back when I come back to town.
This place was a bit hard to find but the effort paid off! Great food and wonderful, friendly service. There is a wide variety of selections some of them cajun-inspired. Would have loved to try the peach bread pudding but I was stuffed! We had the fried green tomatoes and southwest egg rolls for appetizers and both were quite good. The chicken and waffles were yummy and the cheese grits were absolutely delicious. The fried catfish was perfect with a light cornmeal batter and not greasy at all. The sauteed super greens complimented it perfectly. Will definitely be back when in the area!
