Placed mobile order at 8:02pm. Walked out of store at 8:22pm. This is the normal turn around time for 2 combo meals at this location, so make sure you are not in a rush when going. The employees need more training and management. It seems as though they have enough staff but half of them are standing and talking to each other and the ones that are working need to constantly double check order details and don’t move with any pep in their step. Food is delicious, though. Just make sure you have the time if visiting this location.

I think the staff at the Wendy’s in a Abington are some of the dumbest people I’ve ever met. Ordered a single with bacon and cheese only and got just a burger and cheese. Went in to have it fixed and had to wait because they were “busy” was what I was told. I get the new one and it’s just cheese and bacon, no burger. When I went to the manager he looked at me like I had three heads when I asked for a single with just bacon and cheese. Dumb is the best word I can use for these bunch of misfits. The only good one there was the young girl on the register.

minor issues: the drive thru people on the mic speak little or no english and the time for food to come out is very slow (slower than normal) and the people have no personality and are a bit slow on if you need change or anything. plus are: food is perfect, baconator is best and the fries cant be beat!
