Little Caesars

It's a small but dedicated and growing crew. Store is always clean and neat. Order ahead by phone or online. Touch-less pickup is offered, as well as their signature Hot n Ready selections. I do not know if this store has delivery as I am well out of their area. Pizzas are well balanced, seasoned perfectly, with plenty of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Excellent value for price!

Food is almost always good, but service has been lacking recently. I walked in to see five employees behind the counter doing seemingly nothing, but yet I stood there for a good couple minutes with them looking directly at me before they somewhat rudely asked if I had been waited on. I don't expect much out of retail and restaurant workers for the low wages they make, but a decent attitude and some level of attentiveness should be a given.

7:00pm on a Friday night. No hot and ready , Ready!! Tried calling to order and the phone kept ringing. Went into the store and called. Didn't hear a phone ring. Asked the young lady if their phones working. Reply "no" battery is died. Why couldn't you they keep up with have a pizza ready. They are to busy on their phones.

Well, it started as one of the best little Caesars in the area and gradually got worse. They are now denying orders, they've stopped online ordering and got rid of delivery. They have, literally, 2 people in the store, sometimes just 1. The quality has drastically dropped but that's because there is no one there. I went from a 5 star to a 1 star.

I've been to this little Ceasars 5 ior 6 times and usually I would give atleast 4 stars but when I went this last time a lady working the counter was very unprofessional. She tried to discourage me from ordering anything. She shook her head no on everything I ordered. Finally I said "Is something wrong? " and she stopped , huffed a little bit, and said we have 5 orders before you and only 2 of us working. She kept saying that will be atleast 30 minutes...literally on everything I ordered. I went outside waited 25 minutes came back in and she acted like a whole different person. I know life is hard but it will be over at the end of your shift. Just be professional and kind for your shift and then be the real you. However bad you are. I HATE RUDE BEHAVIIOR.

Deliciously terrific service and pizza. They were a little busy the two times that we went there but the Manager and staff all acted professionally and even tossed in an extra sauce to apologize for how busy they were. This place gets a 5 star for service and 5 star for the pizza. Even though they were so busy the quality was the same as if they spent all day making it. Please visit for yourself and enjoy the pizza.
