Charleys Cheesesteaks

Wow!!! 10 stars if I could. The lady taking my order was pleasant. The cook was so great! And the sweet girl that prepared my sandwich catered to my weird requests and was perfectly pleasant. I never leave reviews but I walked out shocked because it’s so hard to find good customer service in the food industry. These folks were so nice!!

Food was amazing but what sold me the most is how accommodating they were with my wife who has a red meat allergy. We told them right away she had an allergy and we wanted to know if it would be a problem, their reply was absolutely not. We will gladly take care of you and they did just that. They quickly cleaned the grill surface, used different utensils for her and in about 8 min had her food in front of her. We were floored at the great service we received. We know it can be an inconvenience to serve people with food allergies but this place handled it in the most professional manner we have ever encountered. We will be back even though we live 3.5 hours away. Very clean place, and great staff. Fries were great as well. The strawberry lemonade is unreal!! Thank you guys so much for the excellent service.

Love this place usually. However, the past few times we have been our order has been wrong. Last time, paid for 3 fries, for pick up didn't realize until we got home -- only got 1. Tonight, we didn't even get our baby's kids meal! Between 3 employees they had no idea. There is only one male manager that is super nice, always takes care of everything, remembers when I was pregnant, interacts with our baby after I had her, and still makes sure we are taken care of with her now being 2. Not sure his name, but a tall, slender male making sure he takes care of you

SUPERB customer service! (And excellent food, of course!) My first time in this location was about 10 minutes before they closed for the night, and they treated me as if it had made their day I chose to be one of their last customers of the day. I’ve been back several times since, and the service and food are always outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Not a great experience. The girl taking my order @ 7:05 pm wasn't very friendly. Almost like she didn't want to be there or something. I know its hard to smile wearing a mask but an upbeat attitude always works better than a " just another customer" attitude. The guy fixing my cheese steak was descent at least & spoke & didn't seem bored to death. The cheese steak had a very minimal amount of steak & maybe it was the mayo but it didn't sit well on my stomach.
