I placed my order on-line from work. The confirmation showed that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes but I was not able to leave work at that time. It was at least 45 minutes (maybe a little longer) before I was able to pick up my pizza. When I arrived the 2 ladies in the front were super friendly & did not make me feel bad for being so late to pick up my order. Thank you, it’s nice to come across friendly people these days! Also my pizza was still nice & hot like it had to come out of the oven. Thanks again!

Ordered some food online, thought maybe it may be ready even though I’m a little earlier then my pick up time. The guy working the front was really rude. It was still not ready until 45 minutes after my pick up time. Being very unprofessional yelling in the back along with cursing. Half of the workers were playing on their phones. As I’m sitting waiting for them to bring my food to me like they said they were going to, the just placed it into the warmer. Until I got up and went to the counter. Will NOT be coming back to this Pizza Hut again.

Was about 10 minutes before the door's locked!
I thought 💭 they'll never take a order , but I thought wrong !
Within the 20 minutes there I received friendly service and two pizzas that were done with excellence.

Their pizza taste good..but service is a 0. They brought a pizzA with pepperoni and wouldn't even do anything. So I will not be ordering from them again.

I had earned enough points to get a large pizza for free . I called the store and was told to chose pay inside and they would take care of it there! well I get there and was told I did not do the order right and would have to pay for it! I asked them to at least give me the F7 discount and the manager said there was no such thing! I have many tickets that the F7 discount was given to me at this location! I left the location and told them to keep the pie and I will not use this store again!

Our dinner was delivered 2 hrs later. When it arrived the driver pulled it out from the BACK of her TRUCK. Beings it was 40 degrees outside and 2 hrs late our dinner was cold, you could visually see that it had lost temperature. I am extremely unhappy with this visit.

It’s sad when the manager is just as rude as the employees! When you order food and pay your money, you should receive what you paid for, and not be given attitude when you call about your food! The delivery drivers need to be retrained if they can’t make sure that someone’s order is completely delivered. I will never give this establishment another dollar!!

Spent 95$ and did t even get my order right and when I called to have the correct items delivered they said I needed to do another order over 12$ To have it brought to me never ordering here again smh
