nice clean restaurant with clean restroom. cashier was very friendly. she forgot to special order my sandwich so she told them before they made it then checked with me to make sure it was right. I appreciated that.

Like most places they are really lacking good help but for the most part food quality is the same everywhere you go... And Burger King is the best of the fast food places in my opinion

we had waited in a line only 2 cooks we had asked for bbq sauce and the cashier had said for what and my mom said for the fries and he had said sorry we’re gonna have to charge you for that

This place is usually ok and no complaints on the food. But one particular female employee smelled so bad I could smell her walking by. She had just come back from break and note she did not wash her hands and went right to work . I didn't notice the booth she was sitting in and it just so happened I picked that booth and as soon as I sat down I could smell her there. It was so bad. Most places of employment require a person to at least be clean. I lost my appetite and lost out on money. Update 2 years later and this is what Abilene is pulling up to at BK on 1st. I would definitely not eat at this location when visiting Abilene.

They did an amazing job ! Got our order completely right!! It is the first time in a while that I have received the correct burger!! It is. Texas double whopper!!! You guys did an amazing job!!

Meat on 2 burgers warm at best. Fries not even warm and soggy. Had to ask for a straws twice and no napkins. Sunday evening crew needs more training.

The restaurant was clean and the food was good, the staff was also very friendly. Been in there for years never had any trouble you literally get your order and wait no more than 10 minutes in and out with no problem. Ordered the special two for six Whoppers and something off the value meal worth the money highly recommend.
