Good luck finding a clean table at this location. More than enough employees. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied and all the other tables in dining room were dirty. We had to speak up fast to ask for ketchup due to them just giving us our food and heading back to counter. I went to give one of their customers ketchup due to employee walking away when that customer was asking for ketchup.

Great fast food and friendly service. It was late after helping our daughter move and not many places were open. But Whataburger to the rescue. We had their avocado bacon toast burger with onion rings. I love all things avocado and this did not disappoint. I love how Whataburger always strives to make it your way. They also will make a keto version or low carb without the bun and add big pieces of lettuce if they have it or extra shredded lettuce. If you have to do fast food, Whataburger is a Texas favorite.

I got to be completely honest, it hurts to have to write this review. I love this location and you guys always do me well. But tonight's experience was so bad, it would be wrong of me not to write a review. You guys literally had me waiting in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes on an order that was never even made. 45 minutes, while there was only five people in your dining room and one other car left in the Drive-Thru outside of me. I finally gave up, went inside to ask for a refund hoping I would at least get an apology or some sort of empathy and it was almost an inconvenience for me to ask for a refund. I've worked in several restaurants in my life and I can tell you that even in the busiest of restaurants, this would absolutely not be acceptable in any way shape or form. Anyone who has to wait that long probably deserves their food and a refund and not a bad attitude when they have to embarrassingly address the problem as they are one of the only people in your restaurant who hasn't received their food after 45 minutes of waiting in a car in the drive-thru.

Spent 25 minutes in drive thru before we even moved. (3rd car in line) Got to window and tried to give me someone else's order. Asked to pull around. They forgot the straws for the drinks and the ketchup that we actually ordered and was on receipt. Food was cold and not edible. After spending so long there waiting, I wasn't going back. Also, gas is too expensive to go back to places that don't care about your food in the first place. They weren't short handed. I saw at least 8 people close to the drive thru window. Very unhappy. Gotta cook dinner now.

Whataburger has always been one of my favs! Tonight was extremely busy and everyone in drive was paying and getting pulled up. We were pulled up 5th in line and the overall wait from first pull-up line to line after paying was probably 45 minutes. Fries were fresh & hot but my Whataburger jr with cheese was cold & I wished they would melt the cheese on the meat. My cheese was cold just sitting there, which was a bit of a disappointment.

I was visiting from out of state where we don't have Whataburger. Being raised up on Whataburger, I couldn't wait to get there and satisfy my need for a whataburger and I was not disappointed! Loved it!

Visited this Whataburger location on a Saturday night. It was very busy which is usually a sign of good business. I sat in the drive thru for over an hour. 20 minutes of that was sitting at the speaker box before someone even bothered to help. The fries were soggy, the milkshake was hot an melted and not one apology from anyone that worked there. I notified the corporate office 3 times regarding my visit and not once did I get a response. Whataburger corporate obviously does NOT care about their customers! WILL NOT be going back!
