This is my favorite place to get fast food chicken in Abilene. When this location opened up during my senior year of high school, my friends and I ate here twice a week for a year. Throughout my countless visits to this location, I have not once been disappointed in my food or the service. The restaurant is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The food is fantastic, and the student special is really good value. 10/10, would recommend.

Good chicken strips and mashed potatoes and gravy. I really liked their sweet tea. This is the first Golden Chick I've been to and this was clean and friendly! I've been here a few times and it's always been a pleasant experience.

chicken ok, but better elsewhere. sides are not good, especially the fried okra, yuk. day i went the staff was interested in other things than waiting on customers. never been back nor will i ever go back. price is way to high for the quality, or lack thereof, of the food there.

I was the only person on the drive thru, they gave me a Full cup of ice for my drink, no spoon for my sides, no napkins and the lady at the window was rude.
