While at first I was disappointed due to our order being wrong, they quickly apologized and made it right! They even delivered it to our house when the original order was for carry out, so that we didn’t have to drive back. Thank you Kas for going above and beyond with your customer service!

Had a bad time online ,called the store it was about midnight, the guy on the phone took my order and payment nicely,i was irritated just so yu know,he did not even give attitude,quite personally i think that was awesome, hard to find or get anymore so i am humbly thankful

I ordered a pizza, plain wings and something they called Hot and fresh cinnamon rolls.... NOPE! NOT HOT OR FRESH. WORSE THEN COLD MC DONALD'S FRECH FRIES... "HARD BREAD WITH CRUSTY GLAZE" These are the managers words... he says it gets that way after sitting under the heating lamp and then delivered... No refund after spending over $39.76

Have always called and placed our orders without any problems whatsoever, have always been taken care of with the best of service. However today when calling not once but 3 times first my mother called twice and then I called once to try and finish placing our order only to be told by the acting manager Jordan, that he was refusing service because she had asked about a previous order that was supposed to have been replaced added to this new order.And he hung up and we could call and speak with the GM tomorrow. This is the 2nd time that I have called to have a pizza ready at about 5pm. Well over an hour. I was denied 5pm pickup. Is there a reason why this cannot be done when I give over an hour to make it? I am trying to understand this.

The store is 2 minutes from my house. The driver left the store, drove pass my street, delivered to several places; and I finally delivered my pizza 39 minutes after leaving the store. The pizza was cold.

Order by delivery Never got my order they sent out with doordash but they did remake my order when I went up there tho

I was there to place an order yet the lady kept assuming I had placed it already. When she finally took my order she missed an item and chose not to correct it. This was for a delivery service and I wasn't going to pay for her mistake but this did convince me to get my own dinner from Pizza Hut even though I had wanted to try Papa John's stuffed crust.
