This is the second time I have been disappointed by chicken express. I thought maybe this location would be better but it wasn't. The food was so gross. I ordered the 4 piece tender and the chicken was old and it almost looked reheated. The fries were stale and the corn nuggets were the worst part. They got 2 stars for the customer service.

Chicken was a little too well done,. Kinda like eating chicken jerky with a crunchy shell, I'm sure it would be fine if it was fresh cooked,...in a timely manner

Chicken Express is always fresh, hot, and tasty. One thing I would encourage people to do is to check your order before leaving the parking lot in case the order isn't correct.

Went through the drive thru for a gallon of sweet tea (so good)! Personel very nice and upbeat while maintaining a professional feel too!

I ordered the Catfish Basket and it was tasteless and tough on some parts. It did not taste like Catfish.
It tasted like some other fish and there was a hint of shrimp taste..
The Coleslaw taste was very poor flavor and it felt like I was chewing rubber. I had tried this place once before. I am certain I will never go
Back again. I can/will go to other places and get real good Catfish and Coleslaw.
This meal was in no way worth the price I paid for it at all.

I haven't been to the one on en10th in about a year. (Since the backdoor deal to sell out from under the then purchase to own guy) Got tired of being cheated out of what i ordered. Order 50 chicken strips and end up with 40 nuggets and crispy chunks. Anyway, today i grabbed a #5 . 6 chicken livers with a roll, coleslaw and a gravy. After 10 minutes in the drive thru, this is what i got. Yeah. Partial livers and crunchy stuff instead of liver. Not EVER going back to this one. Prefer to drive across town and get what i ask for.
