Mian Bistro

Some of the best food I've had this is my new fix. Eerything is fresh, great prices, and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. If you like noodles you will love there new ramen. Very good broth with great noodles and the chicken is breaded very well. I ain’t ever had Japanese ramen but this taste good!

The place is not too bad looking and very clean. Quiet. The lady working the counter was super friendly. Unfortunately, the menu doesn't have pictures so I just showed her pictures that other google reviewers had taken and requested the one I wanted. She knew right away based on the picture. I very glad she did because the Mian's Spicy Noodle was excellent. It is by far the best ramen in Abilene. Full of flavors. You get this massive bowl of it. It is very fresh. Takes a while to cool down. My husband got the Mian's curry chicken and did not like it. Said it did not taste good but he loved my spicy noodles and egg rolls. I definitely will come back for that spicy noodle. Excited I finally found a place that serves good noodles like that. Abilene needed that. I had never heard of Mian's until we drove by it looking for something else. I definitely recommend stopping in and giving it a try. Look on the photos/reviews to see which thing to order for sure! I am sure glad I did. Delicious.

Got there right at closing and they still made up large Pho’s and cheese wontons. Our first time here, our friends first time trying Pho. It was delicious! Made a repeat customer out of us all. Thank y’all for letting us order when you definitely didn’t have to! Give it a try… you won’t be disappointed!!
