My wife and I ate here for the first time since we saw this on Restaurant Impossible and it was really good. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the sweet young lady at the order desk, which we easily found, was spot on with her recommendations. The brisket was delicious and the pork ribs were even better. All the sides we had were very good, especially the cowboy beans. My wife had the brisket loaded baked potato and she really liked it. It was huge and she only ate half of it. And the iced tea was great, which it should be in a Texas BBQ joint. What was really cool was all the other things; real silverware, real glasses, even nice napkins. And the remodel was better than we imagined from the TV show. All and all it was a great experience and I will highly recommend Cowboy BBQ. I wish them the best of success with this revival.

Food was amazing the new menu is great we got the pastrami wings with molasses glaze for an appetizer, brisket was moist and very flavorful and the ribs were some of the juiciest I have had in a long time. Sides were great we had the loaded potato salad and the green chilie mac and cheese very creamy. Will be going back real soon.

Food was good. Ribs were exceptional, brisket was average. Sauces good and the sausage was average as well. Pricing was in line with area restaurants. Overall pleased and will return.

The rib and brisket were fantastic, beans were good, staff were great and the place look good from the redo by Restaurant Impossible and Robert Irvine. Coleslaw said creamy it was not. It was very strong with vinegar and not creamy in anyway. The food was very expensive for the amount. One rib and two slices of brisket, two sides and a slice of bread $17. Our total was $44 for two meals, one water and one unsweetened tea. That didn't include a tip either. You order and pay before you sit. I would have given 5 stars 🌟 if not for the amount of food for the price. The meat was some of the best we have had.

We were driving on our way to Midland and saw this restaurant. I love their pork ribs and sausage links. They tasted good already with no BBQ sauce but way better with the sauce. Cornbread and fried onion rings were delicious. But potato salad was way off. But I still give it a 5/5 for a small town vibe. I like it.

The place is immaculate. They newly renovated and make some killer BBQ! Food comes out fast and the beer was ice cold!

Gorgeous remodel. Seems fancy with the limited menu. Little pricey, but good. Popper burger had fried jalapeños, not fresh jalapeño poppers. Needs more bbq.
