Burger King

Just trying to eat a burger but while I was eating, I was like… “tastes a lil funny.” I unravel it and BAM, she’s burnt to dear hell. No wonder this Burger King location sees few customers. Not to mention how slow they work as well. The wait would be fine if u guys didn’t burn the food. Train ur employees how to cook man this is definitely not how you guys should be representing the king of burgers. A SHAME

Asked for the $5 deal with the 2 big kings as advertised on tv. The lady didn't know what I was talking about. So I asked for the manager and she told me shes the manager. I came through a few days before and ordered the same thing with no issue. Got to the window with the meal offer on the website pulled up on my phone and they still wouldn't let me order it. And when I informed her she had terrible customer service she told me she didn't need my business. Food looked like it had been thrown in the bag, onion rings spilled everywhere, sandwich not even wrapped, no napkins and no sauce that I had asked for. Also everything was cold and the bun was soggy like it had been sitting out all day. I didn't even eat it. And it would've just been even more trouble going back to return the food and get a refund.

Horrible service! I made an order from the app, where I chose to pick up in the drive through to keep safe from being in contact with those who may be carrying Covid. I was told that I would have to come inside to get my order because I just drove up to the window instead of stopping at the order screen, telling them I had an online order. They had my order, but would not fill it until I went inside! Then, they made a mistake and filled the order with fries, when I ordered onion rings. I asked them to change it. The manager said, "I can't. They have to change it!" WHAT???? Who is "they?" She's the frikkin manager! By this time, I was so exasperated, I just took my COLD food and went home. This is the Burger King on State Street in Abbeville, LA. Absolutely the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. I wish I could have given it no stars!

Asked if they had a "strawberry shake", they said yes. When we got to the drive up window they handed me a strawberry lemonade. When I clarified what I ordered they said they didn't have strawberry shakes. Didn't realize the word shake sounds just like lemonade. And the fries weren't salted, big mistake, huge.
